Design Engineering & Selective Prototyping

Most of our catalogued units have already proved their worth in the field, so we usually move straight from updated 3D CAD models to machining. When a customer requests a novel configuration, however, we build a rapid prototype to validate fit, flow and weld parameters before metal is cut. This selective prototyping keeps lead-times short without compromising innovation.

CNC Machining & Electronics Integration

Finished models or green-lighted prototypes flow into our CNC machining centre, where components are milled, turned and bored to micron tolerances. Simultaneously, our electronics department assembles custom control boards, letting mechanical integrity and digital intelligence mature together.

 

Assembly, Testing & Customer Collaboration

Assemblers integrate mechanics and electronics into a cohesive orbital welding unit, then run every system through real-world duty-cycle tests.

 

Regular meetings and on-site visits keep customers fully informed, while prototype trials—when needed—offer hands-on assurance.
