The BRC is Vermaat Technics’ latest handheld interface for the Bug Control Cabinet. Inside its rugged housing you’ll find everything an operator needs to keep a weld on-spec and on-schedule:

One-touch parameter selection – choose preset parameters like amperage, travel speed, and wire-feed for the current pass before you strike the arc.

Live corrections on the fly – dedicated keys let you fine-tune settings in real time, without pausing production.

Safety lock-outs –lock parameters to prevent accidental changes.

Powered by Veraweld firmware, the BRC keeps every adjustment within the qualified tolerances of your welding procedure specification, ensuring code-compliant results shift after shift.

Designed for the field, the controller is shock-resistant, dust-tight (IP-rated), and lightweight— so it’s tough enough for operators yet light enough for all-day use.
